Phar Lap Project. Performed as the CVA (Certified Verification Agent) on the Phar Lap Platform in Vioscu Knoll 817 “A” for the Tatham Offshore, Inc. Walzel & Associates compiled the pertinent data for traceability and verified the structural integrity of the platform per 30 CFR Part 250 reporting to the Minerals Management Service (MMS) of the U.S. Department of the Interior.

Ewing Bank 873A Project. Provided NDE inspection on all critical structural welds and piping with complete traceability and documentation. Also, provided visual and coating inspectors.
CONOCO, INC. at AKER GULF MARINE, RUSSIA
Polar Lights Project. Provided construction management personnel including certified welding inspectors, visual inspectors, NDE technicians, instrument technicians and documentation personnel for fabrication of production skids to be shipped to Russia. Provided the same construction management personnel on–site in Russia.

EXXON/AGM at AKER GULF MARINE and OFFSHORE CALIFORNIA.
Harmony & Heritage Project. Provided complete QA/QC traceability package for twenty-eight (28) modules on the Exxon SYU Harmony/Heritage project fabrication and installation off of the California Coast. This project involved the time and efforts of thirty professional personnel from CWI inspectors to computer technicians, Level II and Level III NDT inspection and QA/QC inspectors.
CONOCO, INC. at AKER GULF MARINE, ENGLAND, GERMANY, OFFSHORE GULF OF MEXICO
Jolliet TLWP Project. Inspection during fabrication and functional testing was inspected and witnessed by our company for Conoco, Inc. Items included the drilling template, associated well pods, and foundation template.
Provided construction management inspection and vendor surveillance of the Green Canyon/Jolliet Project with people located in Louisiana, Houston and Ingleside, Texas and in the Gulf of Mexico for the completion of this major project.
DUBAI PETROLEUM COMPANY
CP-3 Project. Structural and steel inspection. Inspection of all major vendors supplied equipment including pressure vessels, oil & gas separator skid mounted compressors, pumps, HVAC units, valves, structural steel, and the other minor equipment. These components were shipped to offshore Dubai for installation on the CP-3 platform in the S.W. Fateh field.

CCP-2 AND GL-2 PROJECT. Inspection was performed on all vendor supplied equipment and materials. Our services included the inspection of items shipped to Egypt and the installation and start up of production.
